Sorry guys for being MIA. I died and went to place called COLLEGE.

I’m still in school *Blah* but I’m procrastinating and painting my nails. Of course, I need to blog about it

Note: my nails have grown really long since I haven’t had the time to cut them. Plus, it doesn’t help that my guy really likes them long when I scratch his back.

Enjoy my twist on the french/leopard with gold glitter and black polish.

Seriously, anyone can do this! With base coat, paint job, and top coat it took only 10 minutes!

Fishes on Your Toesies

I get to do the most fun nail designs on the coolest clients! My client Lisa recently stayed at a hotel that had a gold fish waiting for her in her room. She thought it was the funniest thing ever and so she asked me to paint some gold fishes and bowls on her toes.

Randomness with Yellow Polish: Skunk Tail Nail Art

I really don’t know what I was thinking. I started playing around with black on the yellow polish, then decided to add white and then BAM! I have a skunk-like tail design on my nails. How did bright yellow nail polish lead to this? I can’t answer that for you but I made it more random by adding three blue marquise gemstones to my ring nail for no reason. Yup, don’t know if this yellow polish is releasing my creative flow or making a fool of my nails.

I still want to experiment with yellow nail polish, so stay tune for more yellow craziness.

Not-So-Mellow Yellow Nails

You don’t see many nail designs with lots of yellow out there in the nail world. To be honest, it’s kind of an awkward color. It’s hard to match with and it can be really bright and overwhelming. BUT, on the other side, yellow nail polish is so out there, that it makes everything fun!

Next few posts will be my attempt to rock (or fail) bright yellow nail polish starting with today’s nail design with colored marquise gemstones. It’s super simple, but I need to start somewhere

A Metal Beard for Your Sunglasses

Came across this indie jewelry company called Litter and it made my day. I’m sure you’ve seen sunglasses with an attached mustache to it, but have you ever seen sunglasses and mustaches like these? It’s called the “Officer.”
